Communication

At Dental Concepts we like to keep our patients informed and involved before, during and after treatment. We love to communicate with you and encourage your feedback at all times. Here are some examples of how we do this:

As part of our patient journey, once you have registered at the practice you will be sent an info pack in the post. This pack provides you with all the necessary information about our practice such as our opening times, directions to the practice our emergency dentistry procedures.

We created multiple communication channels via our website, text message reminders, telephone, email, treatment videos and photos through, which you can contact us or obtain more information.

Once we have looked at your mouth, you will always be provided with a full treatment plan with all the treatment options available and their prices, which we will discuss with you in detail so you can make the decision that is right for you.

If you are unhappy about any aspects of your treatment at Dental Concepts, we would always invite you to tell us about it so that we can remedy the situation and keep improving our services across the board.

The word ‘comfort’ might not be what you immediately associate with a visit to the dental practice but we strive to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay. When you step into Dental Concepts you will enjoy the warm and friendly environment that we create with our helpful reception team, led by Nikki our practice manager. We also have a comfortable waiting room although we won’t keep you waiting for very long!

When you are in the dental chair, our clinical team members will do their best to make you feel at ease, by listening to you and stopping treatment whenever you feel uncomfortable. We do this so you feel in control and less anxious about dentistry.

Convenience

Our patients benefit from a number of convenient features at our practice. Firstly, we have ample on-site parking which is free of charge, so you don’t have to worry about finding parking on the street or have to walk far from a public car park.

We also offer flexible appointment times in the evenings and weekends for our patients who have very demanding schedules. As a convenient way to remind you about your upcoming appointment, we will also send you a text message to your mobile phone.

We love to make use of technology to create processes that are more streamlined and easy for our patients to use. For this reason, there are various ways in which you can register at the practice, including via our website and via email.

Another advantage is that we offer all our dental services under one roof. In other words, we can conduct all the necessary x-rays and scanning on our premises, so you don’t have to travel to another location. We also have a number of dental specialists who will come to the practice to deliver your treatment should you require advanced procedures such as implant dentistry, periodontics or root canal therapy.

Our practice is also accessible for patients with disabilities thanks to our custom built ramp, making a trip to the dentist as convenient as possible.
