Our family friendly dental team has a wealth of experience in providing the most encouraging, nurturing clinics to help children develop great relationships with their Dentist, making each visit a positive one so they know they are in an environment which they can trust.
During your little ones visit we always offer our the importance of oral hygiene. Our Dental Concepts Dentists will show and teach your child how to brush their teeth correctly and will suggest the right kind of toothbrushes and toothpaste to use.
It is so vital to start Children with good dental hygiene habits at an early age.
We encourage our young patients to come for regular check ups and visits.
At Dental Concepts we tailor our preventative, paediatric care to suit all ages from 0 -18 years of age. Typically from six to ten months baby teeth begin to appear We highly recommend that you arrange a child appointment when their first tooth arrives or even before their first birthday.
When you make an adult appointment, we will always actively encourage you to bring them to your appointment so they can get accustomed with all the sights, sounds and smells of a dental clinic.
For our nervous children or young adults, we willingly offer for them to come to the practice prior to their appointment so they can familiarise themselves with our surroundings, meet their Dentist and our team. They can even take a ride in the chair!
For teenagers and young adults we offer teeth straightening options, such as Invisalign Teen and we provide tailor-made mouthguards for our sporty youngsters.
To help ensure your child is at ease and comfortable enough to have their treatment, we offer a array of safe and highly effective paediatric dental treatment methods from local anaesthesia to gentle sedation at our beautiful Dental Concepts practice.
For a smooth visit we will email and text you to remind you of the appointment at least a day before and will ask you some questions about their general health.
You will receive some forms to complete and to return to us before your visit.

Simply brushing and rinsing regularly will keep both your children’s teeth in great condition and teeth protected from decay.

- Practice excellent oral hygiene. Keep teeth and gums clean with exciting children’s designed toothbrushes or let get them their favourite colour! Be sure to brush for two minutes!
- See your dentist regularly. Schedule dental check-ups and follow the advice your Dentist.
- Avoid damaging diet habits. Limit sugary foods and promote eating lots of fruits and vegetables and drink water instead of fizzy drinks.
- The most important tip…. don’t forget to smile!

Recently my 62 year old ‘milk tooth’ broke off leaving me with the dread of having the root taken out. Manish was amazing, knowing me from previous treatments, he explained that he would build a new tooth on the remains of my old one. The work was done in an hour, the result was amazing, I couldn’t tell the difference from the one next to it. No pain, no stress and truly wonderful just before Christmas to have my smile back. Manish is an amazing person and outstanding dentist. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Dental Concepts to anyone, especially nervous patients or anxious patients.

Phoned in an emergency after extreme pain and my regular dentist not caring that 4 more days was unmanageable, having rang several others that only seemed concerned about booking me in for a check. To my delight and suprise this was no problem for them. Their only concern was that I was in extreme pain and despite anti biotics and pain killers this had not subsided for 72 hours, I was asked to come in immediately for an x ray and immediate extraction. No one like the dentist but I officially love this team now, I will be recommending it to family, friends and all those who read this review.
