Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, we are at full capacity for NHS patients.
However, we are seeing Private Patients and do offer a great Dental Concept Membership. Our Membership allows for cost savings on treatments and inclusive, regular check-ups to maintain your Oral Health.

To ensure your “choice and convenience”, you can use either of these three options:

  • Contact your local Dental Concepts Surgery directly!
  • Email us on: [email protected]
  • Book a Virtual Consultation: https://calendly.com/dental-concepts/virtual-consultation-with-dr-manish-at-dental-concepts

A missed dental appointment means lost clinical time for Dental Concepts and deprives our other patients the opportunity to book a slot for their treatment.
We aim to keep our fees fair and we are always understanding in a change of personal situations, however we will charge a fee for patients who fail to attend their appointments or cancel at short notice.

The first appointment is always detailed, as we discuss and evaluate the treatment plan and process. Therefore please plan between one hour to an hour and a half for the first visit.
We will aim to tell you the length of your appointment during the booking process so that you are always fully informed.

You are never too old to take care of your dental health!
We have patients well into their 40s, 50s and 60s who are tired of smiling through closed lips and starting their smile journey with us!
We always advise that you should start this early in life but for us a beautiful smile can start anytime!

Professional Teeth Whitening is right for most people with permanent teeth and good oral health. We would encourage you to book your Virtual Consultation and discuss the process in detail with our Dentists so we can give you all the information you need.

It’s a standard recommendation that both children and adults should visit a dentist every six months for a cleaning and oral examination.
This helps you to not only maintain oral hygiene but also preempt any dental concerns.

Yes, we have several options. First, you can go for a Practice Membership plan with Dental Concepts that provides regular check ups and entitles you to cost savings on your treatments. Secondly, you can go for an interest-free payment which extends up to a year.

We want you to tell us that you are a nervous patient so we can deliver you the best care possible. The right dentist and your trust in that Dentist can eliminate your fears.

This is a wonderful way to meet your Dentist before you start treatment!

When a tooth has been knocked out, the nerves, blood vessels and supporting tissues are damaged, too. The nerves and blood vessels can‘t be repaired, which is why all avulsed teeth will need a root canal. Immediately call us and visit our clinic so that the Dentists can help you with immediate relief and long-term treatment.

Dental X-rays are safe and beneficial for your oral health. Our Dentists always do our best to ensure minimal radiation exposure.

Yes, we can help you. However, it is advisable to get your basic tests done before you reach out to any Dentist and always make us aware of any conditions or on-going treatment you may have in place.

At Dental Concepts, we encourage feedback at every stage. Please feel free to share your feedback and thoughts at any given point of time with our Practice Manager or Patient Experience Manager.
