How it works

1. Suitability Assessment

Once you are in touch with one of coordinators, we would invite you for a suitability assessment at our custom built patient smile studio rooms in all practices. Our excellent treatment and clinical coordinator would welcome you at the practice and show you around before you can settle for a detailed chat over some coffee and relaxing music.

She will understand your dental concerns in more detail and show you multiple treatment options available to solve your dental problem. Some treatment videos, real patient cases, sample models of the material used will be shown to give you a real time feel of the treatment suited best for you.

She will also provide you with information of the total investments needed and also timelines for the same. We have many payment / finance options as well where you can spread the cost of treatment from interest free (0% interest) for 12 months to a minimal interest if spread over 3-5 years.

The suitability assessment appointment may or may not include time with the dentist in the treatment room, depending on the case and treatment diagnosis needed.

There is an investment for this assessment of £25 only to secure your appointment. This will be adjusted towards your treatment cost when you go ahead.

2. Comprehensive Consultation

This includes a comprehensive consultation with the dentist who will do a 35 point check of mouth & jaws. This appointment also includes any photos, impressions, 2D Smile simulations,  xrays which may need to be taken.

Sometimes there may be a need to have a CT scan which is a 3 dimensional scan of your teeth and bone to check suitability for dental implants. In cases of Invisalign diagnosis, a scan of the mouth is done digitally instead of the traditional impression which is then sent to the company to get a bespoke clincheck video which shows the treatment process of teeth straightening from start to finish.

Once the consultation is done, a detailed bespoke treatment plan is created including the timelines and costs involved.

The investment of this consultation is £61. However the CT scan and Invisalign Clincheck is additional investment depending upon the treatment needed.

3. Treatment

Once the treatment plan and the investments are agreed upon, the next step is to book your appointments for the treatment needed.

You can spread the costs interest free for a year and extend it to 3-5 years with a small interest component added.

We ensure you are always well informed and reminded about your treatment times and dates weel in advance, so there are no surprises on the day.

We aim to provide the best treatment possible with the latest in dental technology all under one roof and some excellent skilled experienced dentists.

There is an investment for this assessment of £25 only to secure your appointment. This will be adjusted towards your treatment cost when you go ahead.

4. Membership & Maintenance

We also offer an exclusive practice membership starting from £9.99 per month. The premium TLC membership is £17.99 per month. This includes dentist consultations and hygiene treatments over the year.

This includes several benefits on dental treatments (upto 20% discounts on treatments) and also on TLC affiliate health businesses around Andover and Whitchurch. You also get emergency treatment abroad and redundancy cover among other things.

You will need to come in for a six monthly or yearly follow up and maintenance to help prevent any further deterioration of teeth and also to make sure the treatment done is up to the mark.
